I enjoy discussing new HCI trends, applying design methodology, discussing foreign politics, traveling around the world, cooking, a strong cup of coffee, and multidisciplinary endeavors.

I am fervently proud of my Pakistani and Kashmiri background. Though I enjoy living in sunny California, I remain a loyal Oregonian.

• Editor for Ambidextrous Magazine,
  a forum for the design community
• Co-taught Student-Initiated Course on Poetic Forms w/Supriya Misra,
  and celebrated at the end of the quarter with a public reading at the CoHo.
• Wrote for Stanford's EE and CS Journal (ECJ) 2005-2007.
• Spent a quarter abroad through the Stanford Overseas Program in Oxford and completed a computer security tutorial under Dr. Ivan Flechais
